Accessibility at Hillcrest Inn Resort
The historic Hillcrest Inn is considered a full-stair property. Access to the office, to the front porch, and to any staircase is via stairways of varying lengths. There are three chair lifts provided inside the Inn to ease the climb, but all lifts must be reached by stairs due to the unusual layout.
Chair Lifts
Three chair lifts are available:
One from the lower level to the 1st floor, via an entry way with 3 steps.
One from the 1st to the 2nd floor.
One from the 2nd to the 3rd floor, via 3 steps.
Car Parking
A stairway is used to access the parking lot after unloading. Some handicap access parking spots are available by the office, if needed.
Office
Steps are required to reach the office at registration and departure.
Outdoor Patio
The multi-tiered patio with bistro tables and grills require steps to access it.

Hillcrest Inn Resort is a beautiful, historic building with a sweeping front porch and all the charm of the past blended with today’s amenities. Home to a year-round unique association of 18 condominium units, varying options exist to stay or own in this Maine coastal community.
No smoking and no pets are allowed anywhere on the property, for the comfort of our owners and guests.
